Prime House Interiors is a design-and-build studio. Payments relate to consultation, design, construction, materials, and related professional services — not off-the-shelf retail goods.
Consultation and design fees
Fees for site visits, concept design, drawings, and professional time are charged for work already delivered. They are not refundable once that work has started, unless we have not commenced the agreed scope.
Deposits and project payments
Project deposits and stage payments are applied against the agreed scope. Refunds are considered only where we have not commenced paid work, a payment was made in error, or a written agreement says otherwise.
Materials and site work
Materials ordered or installed, and construction already carried out, are generally not refundable. Any credit or replacement is handled under the project agreement and applicable Kenya consumer law.
How to request a refund
Send your payment reference and reason to info@primehouseinteriors.co.ke. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical.
